What's the minimum commitment?
Monthly. The pilot is 30 days at zero cost. After that, monthly with no fixed-term lock-in. Annual prepay is optional and gets a 15% discount on the platform line.
Do you charge per seat?
No. PCA, GSO, kitchen, dietitian, hospitality, and admin seats are unlimited at every facility.
What about Salesforce or our clinical system?
We have a clean public REST API and webhooks. Most integration work is scoped and quoted as a Phase 2 deliverable per customer. Talk to us in the demo for examples - we have a thin-sync pattern that gets a one-way feed live in roughly two weeks.
Where is the data hosted?
Supabase Sydney region (ap-southeast-2). All data stays in Australia. SOC 2 Type 2 audit underway. See mealward.com/trust for the full posture and the NACA mapping.
What devices does it run on?
Anything with a modern browser - iPads, Android tablets, phones, laptops. Nothing to install.
Can we get an enterprise agreement?
Yes. Multi-org parents at 5,000+ active residents qualify for tiered pricing and a Master Services Agreement. Talk to us.
How do you handle resident-data privacy?
Privacy Act 1988 and APP-aligned. Full DPA available on request. Data residency is AU-only. Row-level security on every table.
What happens at the end of the pilot if we don't proceed?
We export your data (CSV + JSON), decommission the tenant within 30 days, and confirm in writing. No clawback, no charge.
