Try Mealward. No call required.

demo.mealward.com is a fully functional copy of the Mealward app, pre-loaded with realistic aged-care data. Phones, tablets, iPads, laptops, kitchen PCs - the whole thing works on anything with a browser.

Want it as an app icon? Install Mealward on your phone, tablet, or PC -

How it works

Four steps. About 10 minutes.

STEP 1

Drop your email at demo.mealward.com

We capture name, work email, and (optionally) facility. We use this to send a one-line follow-up with a copy of the data you saw - we will not flood your inbox.

STEP 2

Sign in with the demo account

Email shown on the gate page. Password is on the gate page. You step into a working Mealward instance, pre-seeded with 38 residents, 3 services, 90 days of order history, and a full menu cycle.

STEP 3

Break it. We’ll reset it overnight.

Add residents. Take orders. Cancel them. Run reports. The whole thing resets every night at 2 am Sydney time, so the next person who logs in walks into the same starting state you did.

STEP 4

Have a real conversation

If you like what you see, the next step is a 30-minute call where we look at your facility’s actual numbers. No salespeople, no slide deck - the founder.

Suggested tour

Where to look first.

If you only have 10 minutes, walk these five sections in order. They mirror an actual day at a 100-bed facility.

01

Settings

Add a facility, define dietary tags, build care levels, set up services (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner).

02

Menu cycles

Build a 4-week rotating menu. Drag-and-drop. Mains support multiple choices, drinks and snacks too.

03

Take orders

Walk through what a PCA or GSO sees on the floor: a resident’s photo, their texture and dietary tags, today’s options. Tap to order.

04

Kitchen + delivery

Watch tickets land in the kitchen view, mark them prepared and plated, then track them through the PCA delivery loop.

05

Reports

Popularity, history per resident, intake risk, and the HEDL revenue simulator (slide percentages, see the numbers move).

Six things to try

If you only have 15 minutes.

~2 min each
  1. 1Take an order as a PCA or GSO. Sidebar → Take orders → pick a service. Walk through a resident’s photo, texture tags, today’s options. Tap to confirm.
  2. 2Watch the kitchen view. Sidebar → Kitchen. Live aggregate counts, minced & moist auto-prep, plating groupings.
  3. 3Walk a delivery loop. Sidebar → Delivery. Room-by-room sheet, tap to mark each resident served, instant audit trail.
  4. 4Open the HEDL “what if” simulator. Sidebar → Reports → HEDL. Drag a slider, see annualised uplift move in real time.
  5. 5Browse 90 days of order history. Sidebar → Reports → History. Filter by wing, resident, dietary tag. Per-item counts populate everywhere.
  6. 6Open a resident profile. Sidebar → Residents → click any. Edit something - it persists until 2 am Sydney.

If you only do one, do 1 + 2 back-to-back— the core loop and the strongest single proof point.

Synthetic data only

Every resident, allergy, and meal in the demo is fabricated. No real resident is in this database.

Wiped nightly

A scheduled job at 02:00 Sydney time resets the database to the seeded baseline. Anything you do is gone the next morning.

Same code as production

The demo is a deploy of the exact same Mealward codebase your facility would run. What you see is what you get.

Ready when you are.

10 minutes in the sandbox tells you more than any 60-minute slide deck. Open it, click around, then email us with the questions it raises.
